Finding your way around is easy with our intuitive GIS map interface!
Search lists provide selectable Street Addresses, Owner Names, and Parcel
ID Numbers to quickly locate and get information about properties. Users
can turn layers on or off, print and export maps, and even create abutters
notification lists right from the main application window. |

Property Information |
|
Detailed property information is easily
accessible and displayed in a familiar “assessor’s card” format. Users can
view, print, or export a detailed property information card for each
selected parcel, including a locus map and building photo. Information
from the selected properties can be exported directly to report documents
or mailing labels to create Abutters Notification Lists. |

Buffer & Select |
| Users can easily select
parcels within a specified buffer distance. The Buffer Tool is located
right on the main window for quick access. |

Abutters Notification Lists |
|
Users can export property information directly to
custom reports or mailing labels. Unlike most reporting systems, we export
directly to Microsoft Word – a familiar environment that gives the user
control over the document.
